Our room was lovely and a very generous size, with a huge seperate bathroom and a seperate toilet. The renovations to what was once an old university college were tasteful and the bed extremely comfortable. The public areas are lovely, with a great view over Parkers Piece.We had a small problem with the shower, which was fixed instantly. The staff were without exception friendly polite and extremely helpful.

This is a classic hotel, tasteful in details and have very good staff, especially Ms Fidan in reception, she is such a kind, friendly, considerate and professional staff, she always made me and my kid felt so warm during our long stay.
