Very happy with my room once I had upgraded (See comment below) The breakfast was lovely and an excellent selection. Perfect location as my granddaughter was getting married at Emmanuel College. The bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch too.

Our room was lovely and a very generous size, with a huge seperate bathroom and a seperate toilet. The renovations to what was once an old university college were tasteful and the bed extremely comfortable. The public areas are lovely, with a great view over Parkers Piece.We had a small problem with the shower, which was fixed instantly. The staff were without exception friendly polite and extremely helpful.

Amazing hotel, beautiful building, great bar and the room was also very nice and comfortable. Breakfast also had lots of great options.

I and my kid stayed in University Arms Hotel for a long time before we settled down. This is a classic hotel, tasteful in details and have very good staff, especially Ms Fidan in reception, she is such a kind, friendly, considerate and professional lady, she always made me and my kid felt so warm during our long stay.

Staff very friendly and helpfull Clean room and facilities Perfect location - easy walk to the center of Cambridge Breakfast mainly good - very good scrambled eggs; sauteed potatoes; mushrooms; fruit & juice selection; toast/bread; coffee/tea choices Contiental breakfast choices very good Afternoon tea excellent - sandwiches and pastries continously replenished

The staff were helpful and we were able to leave our bags with the hotel well before our check-in time to go to explore the city. The location was fantastically central for a quick walk into the centre. The room was comfortable, with excellent facilities and lovely bathroom products.
